The Hall of Fame weekend will also see the Wolverines at home hosting back to back games against North Division rivals, the Lloydminster Bobcats.
Team President Brent Stark commented on the planned weekend, "This is Scott Safety's way of saying thank you to all that have supported the Wolverines over the last 6 years. We have the greatest support here in Whitecourt along with the greatest fans of the game and we wanted to show our gratitude for everything they have allowed us to do. The only way we could think to do that in a way equal to the support was to get the greatest trophy in Canada here for the kids to see it up close".
Through the sponsorship, Scott Safety made the condition that all proceeds go to the Whitecourt Minor Hockey Association in support of thier development programs.
Scott Safety and the Whitecourt Wolverines are proud to make this event possible for the fans of the game at every level.
