Aiden Fink of the Brooks Bandits has been honoured as the Alberta Ford Dealers AJHL Player of the Month for a second consecutive month. The Calgary, AB forward scored 14 goals and collected 28 points over eleven games played in October 2022 to lead the AJHL Scoring Race.
Fink (2004) recorded points in ten of eleven games in October, including eight multi-point games, two hat tricks and game winning goals in back-to-back games. He leads the AJHL in both points (41) and goals (18) and is averaging a league-leading 2.16 points per game. Aiden Fink was celebrated as the Viterra AJHL Star of the Game twice in October and four times already this season.
The second-year Bandit is committed to the University of Wisconsin (NCAA Division I).
The Brooks Bandits did not experience a regulation loss in October with a record of ten wins and one shootout loss and continue to lead the Viterra AJHL South Division.
