Hockey Alberta is proud to partner with the Alberta Junior Hockey League and the Canmore Eagles to present the AJHL Game Day Speaker Series for local hockey coaches.

- Pre-Game Seminar: Starts at 5:15pm in the Eagles Nest meeting space upstairs in the Canmore Recreation Centre
The Speaker Series features a unique professional development opportunity for minor hockey coaches to learn from high profile junior coaches, as well as a chance to catch the Canmore Eagles in action. This game is the kick-off to ’Rogers Hometown Hockey’ which is being held in Canmore, Alberta the weekend of February 9th – 11th, 2018.
The seminar takes place at the Canmore Recreation Centre prior to the AJHL game featuring the Calgary Canucks and the Canmore Eagles that evening. There are only 25 seats available, and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Registration is $25 plus GST per coach, and includes the following:
- Presentation from Hockey Alberta on Special Teams Play – Power Play and Penalty Kill strategies.
- Pre-game and post-game contributions from the coaches for both AJHL teams (Canmore Eagles & Calgary Canucks).
- A ticket to the game.
- Hockey Alberta resource package, Hockey Alberta gift.
- Start Time: Check-in at 5:00pm, upstairs in the Eagles Nest meeting space of the Canmore Recreation Centre.
