The Alberta Dodge Dealers AJHL Player of the Month for the final month of 2014 is Dillan McCombie of the Bonnyville Pontiacs. McCombie scored 13 points in 8 games throughout December with 4 goals and 9 assists. McCombie is averaging 1.3 points per game through the regular season.
The 19 year-old forward is leading the Pontiacs in scoring and finished 2014 in 4th place overall in the AJHL Scoring Race with 45 points in 36 games. McCombie was awarded the Viterra AJHL Star of the Game twice in December (December 2nd & 10th).
Dillan McCombie (Creighton, SK) is in his first AJHL season with the Pontiacs after being acquired from the SJHL in the off-season.
The Bonnyville Pontiacs will resume play in 2015 with two consecutive games on January 2nd versus Camrose and January 3rd versus Grande Prairie.
