Bandits Earn 4-2 Win Over BCHL at Western Canada Cup

One up, one down.

The Brooks Bandits kicked off the Western Canada Cup with a 4-2 victory over the West Kelowna Warriors on Sunday.

Jesse Baird gave the AJHL champions an early lead before the Warriors scored twice to take a 2-1 lead after the first period.

Tristan Thompson and Calgarian Cale Makar struck in the second period to put the Bandits back on top.
