BROOKS, AB (September 19, 2016) – The Brooks Bandits of the Alberta Junior Hockey League are pleased to announce that the first edition of “Bandits This Week”, a weekly half-hour radio show about the team, begins airing tonight and every Monday at 9:00 PM on the team’s official broadcaster, Q105.7 FM.
The show was conceptualized during the recent renewal of the team’s broadcasting agreement with Newcap Radio, and will be produced by the Bandits, featuring news, interviews, discussions, and much more from both the Bandits’ and wider AJHL perspectives.
Bandits Manager of Communications Tyler King will host the show, with Bandit players, staff, and others from across the AJHL making frequent appearances.
In addition to the weekly airing on Monday nights, the show will also be featured as a podcast on the team’s official website, brooksbandits.ca.
