The Lloydminster Bobcats proved they can compete with the country’s best as the team earned three of a possible four points during a two-game homestand against the Fort McMurray Oil Barons this past weekend.
On Friday the Bobcats showed a lot of resiliency as the team battled back to force overtime, but eventually lost, 5-4, in the extra frame. On Saturday the ‘Cats gave a more concerted effort as the team held on for the 4-2 victory.
