Caelum Dick Commits to Denver University

The Sherwood Park Crusaders are pleased to announce defenceman Caelum Dick (2003) has committed to Denver University for the 2023/2024 season.

“Commiting to Denver was an easy decision for me knowing how many players they get to the next level,” commented Dick. “I would like to thank the Cru for helping me get to this point.”

“We’re very proud of Caelum and excited for him,” stated Crusaders general manager Adam Sergerie He’s very deserving of his commitment and we thank him for all that he’s done for the Crusaders.”

After spending his minor hockey career with the Sherwood Park Kings Athletic Club, Dick made his debut for the Crusaders in the midst of the 2020/2021 season. Despite the COVID-shortened season, Dick impressed through his 13 games with the club, picking up a total of three assists.

The 2021/2022 sophmore season saw Dick break out as one of the Crusaders most reliable defenceman at both ends of the ice. In 58 games with the team, Dick collected a total of 10 goals and 22 assists for 32 points.

The Crusaders would like to congratulate Caelum and the entire Dick family on his commitment.
