Curtis Glencross Returns to Brooks

The Brooks Bandits are proud to announce that NHL player Curtis Glencross will be in attendance at the Friday, December 9th Brooks Bandits game where his jersey number will be retired.

Curtis Glencross, currently playing with the Calgary Flames, played Junior “A” Hockey with the Brooks Bandits between 2000-2002.

“It is a great honour to have played a part in the career of Curtis Glencross and it is fitting that he epitomizes the dedication, determination and commitment that is now characteristic of the Brooks Bandits organization and team. There will be a mood of dignity and pride as we retire and display number 17” said Brooks Bandits President Paul Seaton on behalf of the Brooks Bandits Board of Directors.

Glencross will be doing an autograph signing at the Centennial Regional Arena prior to the start of the game from 6:00pm-6:45pm. Before puck drop there will be on on-ice presentation where the Bandits will retire Glencross’s old Brooks Bandit’s jersey number, 17.
