Alex Dominique (2001) has committed to the Nipissing Lakers who play in the OUA Conference (USports).
From Mississauga, Ontario this will be a homecoming of sorts for Alex as it will be the first time he has played back in his home province for many years. Alex had his best Junior season this past year with the Wolverines compiling 47 points in 58 games.
“Alex reinvented himself in his time with us, turning into a real complete 200-foot player in the process,” stated Wolverines Head Coach Shawn Martin.
“He is very deserving of the opportunity he has received and I wish him the best of luck moving forward,” added Martin
Alex had this to say about his time in Whitecourt, “Lacing up to play for the Wolverines was an honour, I would like to thank my coaches and teammates for their continued support. I am excited to see what future holds #Wolverine for Life!”
On behalf of the Wolverines organization, we want to congratulate Alex and his family on this achievement and thank him for his service in Whitecourt.
