Mark Woytkiw, Chairman of the North East Zone Referee Committee, presented Danny Gadowski with a commemorative ring in recognition of his years of service as an AJHL official prior to last night's game in Lloydminster. The Alberta Junior Hockey League is proud to recognize AJHL linesmen and referees for their outstanding commitment to the League.
Danny has been officiating for 19 years in which he started at the young age of 11. He is currently in his 9th season with the AJHL. Some of Daniel’s career highlights include getting the opportunity to work the Mac’s Midget AAA tournament in Calgary, Senior Provincials in Vermilion, three Junior B Provincial Championships and most recently the Keystone Cup this past year in Cold Lake.
He has been privileged to work with some of the top officials in Alberta who have also helped mentor him throughout the years.
