The Grande Prairie Storm is pleased to announce that Edge Lambert and Lukas Konashuk have committed to play hockey for the Concordia University Thunder in the ACAC for the 2022-23 season.
Lambert, a forward from Grande Prairie, split time between the Storm and the Tri-City Americans over the past two seasons. He finished this season with 50 points in 58 games played and was named the best Two-Way Player by the coaching staff this season.
Lukas Konashuk the Storm’s assistant captain has been a consistent forward for the Storm the past four season. Konashuk has played 177 games in the AJHL and brings a rugged, power forward style of play to the Thunder next season. Konashuk finished his junior career with 15 goals and 34 points in that span.
The Storm organization would like to thank both Lukas and Edge for their time with the team and wish them the best next season with the Thunder.
