TORONTO, Ont. – The Canadian Junior Hockey League (CJHL) announced Tuesday that forward Lucas Signoretti, Espanola Paper Kings (NOJHL); goaltender Noah Pak, Collingwood Blues (OJHL) and forward Tomis Marinkovic, Grande Prairie Storm (AJHL) have been named the October CJHL 3 Stars of the Month – Fuelled by Gatorade.
1ST STAR: LUCAS SIGNORETTI, (F) ESPANOLA PAPER KINGS (NOJHL) – A stellar month saw the crafty Espanola center pile up 30 points, in just 11 games, on 13 goals and 17 assists.
Averaging just under three points-per-game in the time frame, the 19-year-old from Kinburn, Ont., also supplied eight multi-point efforts in October. Signoretti presently paces the NOJHL in offensive production as he tops all league skaters in tallies (22); assists (28); points (50) and man advantage markers (10).
He is currently skating with NOJHL West at the Eastern Canada Cup All-Star Challenge, in Trenton, Ont., that features 10 select squads comprised of players from the five eastern-based leagues within the CJHL.

2ND STAR: NOAH PAK, (G) COLLINGWOOD BLUES (OJHL) – Committed to attend school and play at NCAA Division I Yale next season, Pak was 7-1-0-0 last month, posting an impressive 0.88 goals-against average along with an equally solid .962 save percentage.
The 20-year-old Oakville, Ont., product recorded three shutouts, including a big blanking of the Milton Menace in a battle between the top two teams in the OJHL West Division, back on Oct. 29.
The runner-up for OJHL Goaltender of the Month in September, Pak sports a 17-2-0-0 record so far this season, with a league-best goals-against average of 1.32 and a .941 save percentage, which also leads the way. His five shutouts tie him for the most in the OJHL.

3RD STAR: TOMIS MARINKOVIC, (F) GRANDE PRAIRIE STORM (AJHL) – Contributing by tallying 10 times and helping set-up 11 others through 10 games also earned Marinkovic top player laurels in the Alberta Junior Hockey League for the time period.
The skilled Grande Prairie Storm forward also boasted an eight-game point streak in October, which featured a five-point night in a 5-4 overtime victory versus the Drumheller Dragons, Oct. 13. He later notched hat tricks against the Canmore Eagles and Whitecourt Wolverines, sandwiched around a three-assist performance vs. the Olds Grizzlys.
A four-time star of the game honouree in October, and a player of the week winner once, the 19-year-old from Coquitlam, B.C., currently sits tied for sixth in AJHL scoring, with 29 points, including 16 goals.
