“We would like to congratulate Mitch and his family on committing to Holy Cross,” stated Head Coach James Poole.  “Mitch was not only a great contributor on the ice for the Oilers, but was also a great ambassador for the Oilers hockey program in the community of Okotoks.  Mitch took a big step forward this season to becoming an impact hockey player night in and night out and was a big part of the Oilers success over the last three seasons.  He is an elite level player with top end speed and exceptional compete level at both ends of the rink that will be a very positive influence to the Holy Cross Crusaders hockey program.  The entire Oilers organization would like to wish Mitch all the best in his future hockey and academic endeavors”
