The 2011 AJHL South Division Final will feature the Okotoks Oilers and the Camrose Kodiaks in a best of seven series beginning Saturday night in Okotoks.
The Camrose Kodiaks eliminated the Brooks Bandits in Game 7 of the South Division Semi-Finals on Monday night to advance into Round Three and a chance to capture the South Division Title. Camrose eliminated the Drumheller Dragons in Round One of the 2011 AJHL Enerflex Cup Playoffs.
The Okotoks Oilers earned a first round bye after completing the regular season on top of the South Division for the second consecutive year. The Oilers then swept the Calgary Mustangs in Round Two to earn a spot in the South Division Final.
The Okotoks Oilers completed the regular season with a record of 43-12-5 and 91 points. The Kodiaks were third in the South Division at 32-22-6 for 70 points. The Oilers scored the most regular season goals of all AJHL Teams (254). The Oilers outscored the Kodiaks 27-14 and won all six regular season match ups in 2010-11. The Camrose Kodiaks are the host team of 2011 RBC Cup and have a guaranteed spot in the National Championship in May.
Tyler Jewitt leads the Camrose Kodiaks in post-season scoring with 14 points in 11 games, second overall in the AJHL. 2010-2011 AJHL Scoring Champion Kyle Reynolds and Colten Hayes lead the Oilers with 7 points in 4 games played. Goaltender Michael Tadjdeh is 4-0 with a 1.75 GAA in the post-season for the Oilers, while Camrose goaltender Dalyn Flette has a playoff record of 7-4 with a 1.84 GAA.

The North Division Champion and the South Division Champion will compete in the League Final (Round Four) for the 2011 AJHL Enerflex Cup. The Spruce Grove Saints and Fort McMurray Oil Barons will battle for the title of North Division Champion starting Saturday, March 19th.
