The St. Albert Steel are proud to announce that forward
Spencer Pommells has committed to the University of Windsor for next season, where he will play for the Windsor Lancers.
Pommells the 20-year-old native of Grande Prairie, Alberta, played in 99 games for the St. Albert Steel in 2009 – 2010 and 2010 – 2011 seasons combined. In 2010 – 2011 season, Pommells played 60 games accumulating 60 points on 18 goals and 42 assists. In his 99 game junior career
with the St. Albert Steel, the 5’10, 165 pound forward has tallied 97 points on 33 goals and 64 assists along with 77 minutes in penalties.
