Vermont men’s hockey freshman forward Kyle Reynolds has been named the Pro Ambitions Hockey East Rookie of the Month for January. Hockey East made the announcement today, giving Reynolds the second league award of his freshman season.
Reynolds tallied three goals and four assists in his seven games during the month. The rookie had a five-game point streak snapped on Jan. 15 and he scored in each game against Northeastern last weekend. Reynolds ranks third in Hockey East scoring among freshmen with 18 points on nine goals and nine assists.
