Spruce Grove Saints General Manager Rob Sklaruk announced today the club has added Ryan Rechner as an Assistant Coach for the upcoming 2021-2022 season.
Rechner previously spent time on the Saints bench from 2016-2018, where he was part of the 2017-2018 championship winning team.
The Alberta native has spent the last three seasons as the Head Coach of the Leduc Oil Kings U18AAA program.
Sklaruk was happy to bring Rechner back into the fold and round out his coaching staff and says, “Bringing Ryan back to Spruce Grove is a very exciting move for our organization, he has lots of experience at this level and knows what it takes to coach a team to a championship.”
