It was probably the most one-dimensional schedule the Spruce Grove Saints are going to see outside of the playoffs. After all, three games in four days against the same club just isn’t the ordinary scenario for hockey teams barely into a six-month long campaign.
That though was the chore they faced last week in playing two games in Grande Prairie against the Storm and then another one at home, two days later, to wrap up the weird week. So far this season, the Saints have played the Storm five times out of their 14 games to date.
