The Camrose Kodiaks are pleased to announce that 20-year-old forward Cole Wilson (Surrey, BC) has committed to attend the University of British Columbia of the CIS (Canadian Interuniversity Sport) for the 2011 – 2012 season.
Wilson joined the Kodiaks for this past year; and finished the season with 15 goals and 28 assists for 43 points in 56regular season games. He added 4 goals and 8 assists in 22 games during the playoffs.
Cole will be joining former Kodiaks Wyatt Hamilton and Matt Wray when he dons the blades as a Thunderbird this fall in his home province.
The Kodiaks organization would like to congratulate Cole and his family. We know that Cole’s hard work and dedication have certainly paid off for him, and we wish him continued success in his future academic and athletic pursuits.
