Canucks excited to bring the first-ever Centennial Cup to Calgary
Calgary, Alberta (Monday, August 12, 2024): The Calgary Canucks have successfully won the bid to host the 2025 Centennial Cup, presented by Tim Hortons, in Calgary, AB – a first for the city. The 2025 Centennial Cup will be held at Max Bell Centre in Calgary, AB from May 8-18, 2025. The Calgary Canucks add this win to their recent AJHL Championship Season showcasing themselves as one of Alberta’s most competitive teams – guaranteeing an unparalleled experience for players and fans alike in Alberta’s largest hockey market.

In 2025 the Calgary Canucks proudly commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Canucks’ Centennial Cup victory, a testament to Calgary’s enduring hockey legacy. Calgary’s winning bid represents a culmination of expertise, passion, and unwavering dedication to hockey excellence and fan experience. Calgary 2025 Host Organizing Committee Co-Chair Lyle Peterman says that “Calgary has proven time and time again that we are the ultimate host City.
