Whitecourt Wolverines forward, Evan Warmington, is the Canalta Hotels AJHL Player of the Week for the final week of September 2013. Warmington collected 2 goals, 3 assists and 5 points over three games, including a game winning goal at the AJHL Showcase on September 26th.Warmington was also named the Pro Hockey Life Player of the Game in the Wolverines victory over Drayton Valley to wrap up the week on Sunday. Whitecourt won two of three games last week and sit third in the North Division standings.
Evan Warmington (St Albert, AB) is in his second season with the Wolverines, and third year in the AJHL. The 19 year old is on a four game point streak and is currently averaging a point per game.
