The Crusaders braved the Storm and harnessed the Thunder last weekend, and are now hoping to continue their start-of-season streak.
Last weekend opened the regular season for the hometown Sherwood Park Crusaders, seeing a 6-2 victory over the Grande Prairie Storm and a 5-1 win against the Drayton Valley Thunder.
Head coach Tim Fragle said the biggest key to winning both games came from all four offensive lines sharing the wealth and scoring points.
