SHERWOOD PARK, AB: The Sherwood Park Crusaders are proud to announce the hiring of Evan McFeeters as the organization’s Head Coach.
“I’m excited to have Evan join the Crusaders,” commented President of Hockey Operations Adam Sergerie.
“Right from the first conversation I had with Evan it was clear we were aligned and had the same vision. Evan is young, but has a lot of experience, and success in our league. It is very clear in speaking to him how knowledgeable he is. He is always learning and seeking ways to grow.”
“He’s very popular around the league, is held in high regard and we’re very lucky to have the opportunity to get to work with him moving forward.”

McFeeters joins the Crusaders with a wealth of experience at the Junior A level, Most recently, McFeeters completed a successful two-season stint with the Brooks Bandits, where he served as one of the organization’s assistant coaches and helped lead the team to a National Championship in the 2021/2022 campaign. Prior to joining the Bandits, McFeeters served for five seasons as both Assistant Coach and Assistant General Manager for the Canmore Eagles.
