The Calgary Mustangs are pleased to welcome Jeremy Blumes as an Assistant Coach for the 2015 – 2016 season. Blumes joins the Mustangs after serving as the Head Coach for the Wheatland Kings of the HJHL for the 2014 – 2015 season, and Calgary and Region Scout for the Alberni Valley Bulldogs of the BCHL for the past 4 seasons.
Previous to his time with the Kings Blumes helped guide the Calgary Midget AA Royals to a Provincial Championship and recieved the Calgary Royals Coach of the year award.
Head Coach Chad Allen had this to say about the addition of Jeremy to his staff, “Jeremy brings a great deal of enthusiasm and dedication and has an extensive background in player recruitment and development. The Mustangs are fortunate to have him join our staff and I look forward to working with him this season.”
