If the Sherwood Park Crusaders want to have any hope of knocking off the defending Alberta Junior Hockey League champion Spruce Grove Saints, they need to stay out of the penalty box.
The Crusaders discipline completely unravelled as they took 75 minutes in penalties and the Saints took full advantage, scoring two power-play goals in a 6-1 victory and a 2-0 advantage in the North Division semifinal.
