The Drumheller Dragons are very proud to announce that a starting goalie for the past two seasons, Curtis Skip, has committed to Augustana Vikings for the 2015-2016 season.
With this signing Curtis has taken the next step in what the Dragons believe is the road to a promising future with Augustana. Skip has dealt with a lot of adversity in his two seasons with the Dragons. In back to back seasons Skip sustained two injuries that kept him out for several weeks at a time and through all of this he has shown amazing resilience in coming back and continuing to keep his dream alive to play College hockey.
Coach Brian Curran, ” I am very proud of what Curtis has done these last two seasons. The character that he has shown with the injuries he sustained proves that in my opinion the best is yet to come!”
