It’s begun.
Following the highs of the Grande Prairie Storm’s Brian Nash Intersquad game on Saturday, it was back to the realities of training camp and the team’s first set of cuts. On Sunday the Storm’s roster was trimmed down to 28 players, broken down as 16 forwards, nine defencemen and three goalies.
Four of those remaining are from Grande Prairie: returning Storm forward Jon Aylward and hopefuls goaltender Curtis Skip, defencemen Scott Nordstrom and forward Jordan McTaggart.
