Grande Prairie Storm forward Tomis Marinkovic is the Alberta Ford Dealers AJHL Player of the Month for October 2023. Through 10 games in October, Marinkovic (2004) scored 10 goals, added 11 assists and compiled an eight-game point streak.
Tomis recorded a five-point (2G, 3A) game on October 13th in a 5-4 overtime victory versus the Drumheller Dragons. He scored a hat trick on October 20th against the Canmore Eagles and again on October 24th versus the Whitecourt Wolverines, which included the game winning goal in both victories. Marinkovic was selected as the Viterra AJHL Star of the Game four times in October.
Tomis Marinkovic (Coquitlam, BC) is tied for 6th in AJHL scoring with 22 points (11G, 11A) and is averaging a league-leading 2.0 points per game. He was also recognized as the Pizza 73 AJHL Player of the Week after collecting ten points over four games from October 9th-15th, 2023.
