The Calgary JR. A Canucks are pleased to announce Veteran WHL scouts Keith Wilson and Warren Renden have joined the Canucks and will help search for new talent.
Keith Wilson has scouted in the WHL for approx 40 years and has been a head scout in the WHL. Keith has an extensive hockey background having served as a General Manager in the AJHL. Keith was involved in the formation of the Alberta Midget Hockey League and served as south division commissioner as well as Chairman of Calgary AA Council.
Warren Renden is another longtime WHL scouting veteran who has been active in the WHL for 34 years. Warren previously coached for the Tri City Americans for 3 seasons. Having retired from business Warren remains active and has spent time as coach mentor in an innovative program with the Calgary Royals. Warren is also involved with lacrosse in the city.
The Canucks are excited to add Keith and Warren and welcome them to the organization!
