The Wolverines opened the scoring in period one as captain Joseph Nardi deposited a rebound at the side of the Saints net after a Justin Young wraparound attempt was stopped. The Whitecourt Wolverines closed out their series with the Spruce Grove Saints with a 4-1 win in game seven on Tuesday night at the Scott Safety Centre in front of a near capacity 1,131 fans.
Game one of the North Division Final is Friday night in Fort McMurray.
