AJHL Selects 2024-25 Viterra AJHL All-League Teams

The Alberta Junior Hockey League (AJHL) is proud to announce the Viterra AJHL All-League Teams for the 2024-25 season.  The rosters are selected by the General Managers and Coaches of the AJHL and include one goalie, two defencemen and three forwards from each division.

Viterra AJHL North Division All-League Team

 Viterra AJHL South Division All-League Team

The Viterra AJHL North Division All-League Team includes three players from the Grande Prairie Storm and two representatives from the Whitecourt Wolverines.  In the South Division, the Calgary Canucks and Drumheller Dragons are each represented by two players on the All-League Team

Jack Plandowksi, winner of the 2024-25 AJHL Top Forward Award and the Ernie Love Trophy as Scoring Champion, was a unanimous selection to the AJHL South Division All-League Team.  The three other finalists for the Top Forward Award were also named to the All-League rosters: Bradley Gallo (Dragons), Tomis Marinkovic (Storm) and Jalen Bianchet (Wolverines).

2024-25 AJHL Outstanding Defenceman, Nathan Maloney (Canucks), was selected to the All-League rosters as well as award finalists Logan Cunningham (Storm), Xavier Lacoste (Wolverines) and Tate Yule (Dragons). Maloney (Quinnipiac University) was also named to the Viterra AJHL South Division All-Rookie Team as a unanimous selection by the General Managers and Coaches of the AJHL.

Calgary Canucks teammates Jack Plandowski and Nathan Maloney both represented the AJHL as members of Team Canada West at the 2024 Junior A World Challenge where they captured a bronze medal at the international tournament.

Nicholas Jones (Storm) and Alex Scheiwiller (Eagles) have been chosen as the goaltenders for their respective divisions and were finalists for the 2024-25 AJHL Top Goaltender Award.
