The 2022-23 AJHL Scoring Champion and winner of the Ernie Love Trophy is Brooks Bandits forward Aiden Fink.  The AJHL Most Valuable Player and recipient of the Top Forward award led the AJHL with 97 points (41G, 56A) and averaged 1.8 points per game.

Fink opened the season with a 14-game point streak from September 16 – October 19, 2022 totaling 30 points.

The NHL Top Prospect was ranked #66 among North American Skaters in the NHL Central Scouting Mid-Term Rankings for the upcoming 2023 NHL Entry Draft.  Fink (2004) is an alternate captain for the Bandits and is committed to the University of Wisconsin (NCAA).

Fink (Calgary, AB) was selected to represent the AJHL as a member of Team Canada West at the 2022 World Junior A Challenge in December.  His season has been filled with accolades including two Alberta Ford Dealers Player of the Month awards, two Pizza 73 AJHL Player of the Week selections, the Brook Bandits Top Forward award, and he was named the Viterra AJHL Star of the Game seven times.  Fink also led the league with 21 powerplay goals.

Fink is the fifth Bandit player to capture the AJHL Scoring Title in franchise history, which was most recently won by Bandits forward Ryan McAllister last season.

Tyler Wallace of the Blackfalds Bulldogs has captured the 2022-23 AJHL Leading Goal Scorer award with 42 goals.  The Bulldogs alternate captain was fifth overall in the AJHL with 84 points (42G, 42A).

Wallace (Calgary, AB) recorded ten multi-goal games, including a four-game goal streak in December 2022, and three hat tricks in the regular season.  He was twice awarded as the Pizza 73 AJHL Player of the Week.

The 2002-born forward has appeared in 177 AJHL games over four seasons and collected 164 points.  The Niagara University (NCAA) commit is completing his first season with Blackfalds and is the first Bulldog to win the award.
