The Brooks Bandits are thrilled to announce goaltender Brendan Holahan has committed to the United States Military Academy, becoming the 18th current Bandit committed to an NCAA Division I School.
Holahan, 19, is in his first season with the Bandits, starting in 15 games so far and registering a 14-1 record with a shutout. His 1.77 goals against average is 1st in the Alberta Junior Hockey League, and .915 save percentage is seventh amongst all AJHL goaltenders.
The New Canaan, CT, product was also named the Top Goaltender at the U20 Super Challenge in Karlstad, Sweden, helping the Bandits win the Tournament, ending with a 21 save effort in the Championship game vs the U20 French National Team.
He previously played for Brunswick School in the United States Prep School League, where he was Captain of his team in the 2022-23 season.

Located in West Point, New York, the Army Black Knights compete in the Atlantic Hockey Association.
