The Calgary Mustangs are extremely pleased to announce that 20 year old defenseman Ryan Wilkinson has committed to Fredonia State for the 2012-13 season.
Ryan is in his second year with the Mustangs,and has proven to be a valuable two-way player. Wilkinson leads all Mustangs defensemen in scoring with 32 points in 57 games, and is 6th amongst AJHL defensemen in scoring. Wilkinson has spent five seasons in the Alberta Junior Hockey League with the St Albert Steel and the Calgary Mustangs. Wilkinson is from St Albert, Alberta.
Wilkinson is the second member of the 2011-2012 Calgary Mustangs to commit to a post-secondary school, joining Chase McMurphy (University of Alaska Fairbanks).
