Zack Rassell of the Canmore Eagles is the Canalta Hotels AJHL Player of the Week for the week of October 15th – 21st, 2012. Rassell tallied 3 goals and 4 assists in 4 games for the Eagles.
Rassell earned the Pro Hockey Life Player of the Game Award after a 3 point night versus the Bonnyville Pontiacs on October 19th. The 20 year-old from Calgary, Alberta leads the team in scoring with 21 points and is in a seven-way tie for first place in the AJHL Scoring Race. Rassell is in his fourth season with the Canmore Eagles.
