As a result of the written complaint as submitted by the Calgary Canucks under Section 13 Disciplinary Procedure of the AJHL Bylaws & Regulations, the AJHL Management Committee has reviewed and investigated the details and series of events that occurred on Thursday, March 7 in the game between the Calgary Canucks and Okotoks Oilers.
The AJHL Management Committee has determined that no corrective measures to direct the replaying of all or a portion of the game shall take place and concludes that the result of the game stands. Human error is a part of sports which includes officiating errors. Furthermore, there is no clear or sufficient evidence within the circumstances that warrant a suspension to Mr. Olson or Oilers team officials.
