Anyone who’s played minor hockey in Calgary over the last 40-odd years has probably felt the impact of Ken Bracko’s work.
Whether it helping found the Mac’s Midget AAA Tournament or flooding an outdoor rink late at night, Bracko’s quietly gone about giving his time to helping young Calgarians play the game he loves.
It’s a devotion that made the Calgary Booster Club see fit to name Bracko its 61st annual Sportsman of the Year.
