The Sherwood Park Crusaders are pleased to announce Eric Liknes has committed to the Royal Military College of Canada Hockey Team for the upcoming 2013-14 hockey season where he will be studying Business Administration. The RMC hockey team competes in the Ontario University Athletics conference of the CIS.
Eric played his entire Junior A career for the Sherwood Park Crusaders from 2010 to 2013 and played in a total of 136 games. He amassed 52 points and 249 penalty minutes during his time in Sherwood Park with the Crusaders.
“RMC is getting a excellent person in Eric, he is matured beyond his years and will contribute in many ways to their hockey program” says GM/Head Coach Tim Fragle. “We are proud to have had Eric as a Crusader for the past 3 seasons and it’s been a privilege to have had the opportunity to coach such a focused individual,” says Fragle.
The Crusaders would like to wish Eric the best in his future and our proud to have had him apart of the Crusaders program.
