An Okotoks Oilers veteran in his final season of Junior eligibility has added a franchise record to an already prolific career.
In his third full season with the Oilers’ organization, 20-year-old winger Jon Turk established a new team benchmark by suiting up in a franchise-high 182 regular season games, surpassing Oilers alumnus Brandon Hoogenboom’s previous mark of 179, established in 2010.
