Kodiaks' coach, Boris Rybalka has been selected to receive a hockey development award from Hockey Alberta. The award is presented to individuals who have shown exceptional dedicatioin to development hockey programs. It was handed out Saturday afternoon at the 2016 Hockey Alberta Awards ceremony in Red Deer. Kodiaks' assistant coach, Blair Becker was presented with the same award last year.
