The Camrose Women’s Shelter is currently looking for walkers and pledges for their fourth annual Walk a Mile in Her Shoes event.
Taking place during each intermission of the Camrose Kodiaks’ home game Jan. 23, walkers will circle the track four times wearing high-heeled red shoes in an effort to support the women’s shelter and raise awareness about family violence and sexual assault against women.
