The Drumheller Dragons sent the Calgary Mustangs to the brink of elimination with a 3-2 win in Game 2 of their Alberta Junior Hockey League playoff series on Thursday night.
On goals by Alex Bechtold, Jesse Zaharichuk and Dallas Smith, the No. 3-seeded Dragons fought back from a 2-1 deficit to win and take a 2-0 lead in the best-of-five series. Game 3 is in Mustang territory, set for Sunday (3 p.m., Father David Bauer).
